How It Works
Bringing a vending machine to your location is a straightforward process. Here is what to expect from start to finish.
The host provides the location. We manage the vending operation.
1. Tell Us About Your Location
Start by submitting a Request a Machine inquiry. We will ask you to share some basic information about your business or organization — including your location, approximate employee or visitor traffic, operating hours, and where you envision placing a machine.
2. We Have a Conversation
Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to connect. This is an opportunity for both sides to ask questions, discuss your space and traffic patterns, talk through snack preferences, and explore whether the arrangement makes sense. This is a collaborative conversation — not an automatic approval process.
3. Location Review
We review the information gathered and evaluate whether your location and our compact vending equipment are a good fit for each other. Locations with consistent employee, customer, resident, or visitor traffic tend to be the strongest candidates.
4. Agree on Placement
If both sides want to move forward, we discuss placement expectations and terms. Everything is confirmed in writing before any equipment is installed, so there are no surprises on either side.
5. Installation & Stocking
Once terms are confirmed, we schedule installation at a time that works for your location. The machine arrives stocked with an initial selection of popular snack options — chips, cookies, crackers, candy, granola bars, fruit snacks, and more.
6. We Handle the Rest
After installation, the vending operation is entirely our responsibility. We monitor inventory, restock products on a schedule based on demand, handle routine cleaning and maintenance, respond to service issues, and adjust the product mix over time based on what your employees or customers actually buy.
Your team does not need to manage, monitor, or stock the machine. That is our job.
