Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about how our vending service works? You will find answers to the most common ones below. If you do not see what you are looking for, feel free to reach out through our Request a Machine page.
How much space does the machine require?
Our current machine is a compact snack vending unit approximately 3 feet tall, making it significantly smaller than a traditional full-size vending machine. It is designed to work in locations where space may be limited. We are happy to discuss your available space during our initial conversation.
Who stocks the machine?
We handle all stocking and restocking. Your team does not need to manage inventory or supplies. We monitor product levels and restock on a schedule based on sales volume and demand.
Who cleans and maintains the machine?
We handle routine cleaning, maintenance, and vending-related servicing. If a service issue arises, your team can contact us directly and we will address it.
Can our employees or customers request certain snacks?
Yes. Product requests are always welcome and are taken into consideration. Selections may be adjusted over time based on customer or employee preferences and actual sales performance.
Does our business have to purchase the machine?
No. The vending equipment is provided and managed by our vending business. Your location provides the space — we provide and manage the machine.
What happens if there is a problem with the machine?
Businesses can contact us directly for any vending-related service issues. We aim to respond promptly and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
How often is the machine restocked?
Restocking frequency depends on sales volume and product demand at your location. Higher-traffic locations may be restocked more frequently. We monitor inventory and adjust our schedule accordingly.
What types of locations are a good fit?
Locations with consistent employee, resident, customer, or visitor traffic are generally the strongest candidates. Examples include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, offices, employee break rooms, apartment communities, auto repair waiting areas, salons, barbershops, and other high-traffic business or community spaces.
Is every location automatically accepted?
No. Each request is reviewed individually to determine whether the location and our vending service are a good mutual fit. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee placement.
Are placement terms provided in writing?
Yes. If both sides decide to move forward, placement expectations and agreed-upon terms are confirmed in writing before any equipment is installed.
Is placement free?
Placement arrangements and terms are discussed individually with each potential host location. We encourage you to submit an inquiry and we will walk through everything during our initial conversation.
